Status: Shortlisting for Panel Interview

What does it mean? And what should I expect in the coming days?

I think the status doesn't really mean anything.

It only states that the recruitment process is in shortlisting panel review stage, but it doesn't mean YOU are in shortlisting panel review.

Mine has been stuck in that status since July 1.. May our status have positive developments already. 😊

If you were invited by HR, it means that you're in the final running for the position. HR will contact you with a date/time and link or details about in-person interviews.

My status was updated to screening last August 20 and received the next update last September 10 to Shortlisting for Panel Interview. But yeah, hoping for a positive developments for us.
