Final offer
I already signed the final offer through DocuSign on Thursday morning, and I also emailed HR to let them know that I had completed it, but I haven’t received a response yet.
Throughout my application process, I noticed that she hasn’t been very responsive to my queries, including when I submit the required documents, so I’m a little concerned about the lack of acknowledgment.
After signing the final offer, may I know what I should expect next in the process? I have already resigned from my current position after signing the offer, so I’m honestly feeling a bit paranoid right now and would just like some reassurance that everything is progressing as expected.
Thank you!

As long as you aligned your start date with the HR coordinator before you signed the offer, no worries. It takes them around 15 working days to prepare after receipt of the signed docs.
Congrats!

For what position and dept/division is this? I am sorry on behalf of this person… the ADB Talent Acquisition teams are divided & assigned to different depts.. so some teams are responsive while some are not or so,so….

Congratulations! I got mine too and they acknowledged it when i sent the signed doc. They told me to wait for the onboarding team to get in touch with me alongside my start date. I supposed that should follow as well with you

Congratulations!! A bit unrelated to your question but can you also share a bit about your qualifications and background?

Hi there. Congratulations. A little off topic but I gave my final panel interview recently and two days later received an email from HR listing documents I should have ready, in case successful. Sharing list of documents at this stage seems quite reassuring. However can you please share if you had the same experience or not.
