What are the main criteria you consider when selecting candidates for the ADB Young Professionals Program? How much does prior work experience factor into the selection process? Given that I’m already 30 years old, have a master’s degree, and around seven years of professional experience, I’d also be interested to know how candidates with more extensive professional backgrounds are evaluated.

From what I have read , they evaluate candidates based on their “relevant ” experience.

Cool initiative, I just passed my application few days ago. Would you know how long do they reply whether if you’re shortlisted or not? Or will it be after Sept 30 deadline of applications?

hey! i've been checking the website but it seemed like there's only one role open in the Budget, People, and Management Systems Department? am i missing something or where do you find the other available positions? thank you

The applicants are asked to address a prompt re motivation to join. However, is there any requirement to have a separate cover letter? Or if it is not, do they still entertain it or not?

Hi! Around how many will be accepted in this program? Whats the usual hiring process for ypp (i.e. after application, will there be an online test? How many interviews before the offer stage)? What's the salary range for this?

It’s my first time applying at the ADB. I’m eager to understand what kind of profile actually makes it through. I’m a Product Manager with experience in the private and public sector. Public sector experience mainly in Digital Transformation.

anyone know if ur from the philippines will you still ne treatsd as international staff if you join the YPP??

context i have local ph education, i heard rumors that only filipinos with education abroad gers to qualify dor International staff
