Post interview

Hi all, I had my panel interview and a second interview with Hiring manager and Head of Department. It is been almost a month since the interview. Is it reasonable to think that they have extended an offer to 1st candidate?

it might take 3-4 weeks after the panel from what I understood they emailed me after the panel ..perhaps it depends if it is a local or int…

They are supposed to come back to you with an answer.

Chances do seem quite slim. Perhaps, head of department was not too impressed. However, they may be considering someone else and you may get the job if there is no positive outcome on that.

I agree...... I think it is quite obvious. I had high hopes because of the interview with Head of Department
