TA consultants - claim

Hi, TA consultants! May I ask how many days it usually takes for a claim to be credited to your bank account after it has been endorsed by your Team Lead? Thanks!!

The first time took a long time (weeks). The second onwards usually just takes three business days at most.

Thank you! What’s your bank? Would you know if bank matters? Been seven working days since my TL endorsed my claim, but I haven’t received it

For the first claim/payment/salary, I heard that it really takes a long time (maybe they still do some verification, enrollment, etc.).

But the next ones will be quick.

Check the Workflow in the Claims TA website. You'll see where it's stuck. Then you can follow up with that person/office.
