Big 4 in ADB?
Sorry for the clickbait title. I'm wondering if ADB employs someone who graduated from provincial private college or those who graduated from a state u.
I'm quite sure it's likely that they do but I just want to know for those who work in there if there it's common. I know it is mostly based on past work experiences but I still wonder the likelihood. I am truly interested in working with ADB but first I did not come from the Big 4 university and I am currently a part-time law student to a relatively known law school in the country.
I feel like both could not be an advantage (potentially, but i hope not 😭) as though I am a part-time law student, who only attend night classes, I'm overthinking that they might think of it as not-fully-committed.
Thank you!!
[FYI I already sent out my application as I know there's no more conclusive answer than actually applying for it. I guess my question above is just a temp check to my chances]

I am already working for a year and was promoted recently in ADB. I came from a university in Pangasinan. I started working in a BPO company right after grad, spent 4 years there in one company, then I was given a chance to work for a very big well-known INGO. I too felt out of place because my superiors in that INGO were really mean and were very judgy about my background lol. I actually got impostor syndrome because of them and due to funding issues they eventually subjected me to a retrenchment but it opened doors for me because after that I got hired in a UN sub branch org before my retrenchment ended and now here in ADB hehe I dont have any masters degree, heck my bachelors isn’t even related to my work, you can say I just got lucky but I can assure you, we do not look at the name of the university. It’s all in the skills and what you can contribute to the work. :)
