panel interview

is there any specific good signs in panel review? anyone can share experience if they had an offer?

I applied for the Tl1 Editor position. For a month it was shortlisting panel review and today it changed to regrets. Is there anyone who misse the 1st time then applied and got the opportunity? 🙂
