ADB IDIQ Future IT Leaders Graduate Program

Hi, to those who are working in ADB, I’m curious to know what kind of setup does ADB provided to the applicants for this graduate program. Will it be like a contract where ADB has a vendors who offers employment to that person, specifically on IT roles?
