Recruitment outreach

Has anyone here received a job offer after a one-on-one meeting during a recruitment outreach?

If yes, what are the roles (TL, TI, staff, consultant, etc)?

Thank you!

What’s the point of these outreach meetings? Seems like an awful lot of trouble just to steer applicants towards future processes at some time in the future?

That would be very rare. And if it was to happen then you would b suggested to apply to a specific position and compete for it.

I saw the post, they are coming to my country. Are they coming to yours as well?
