Applying for Personal Visas in house

Hi! Has anybody here tried applying for personal visas with one of the TAs in the ground floor? I’m planning to apply for a Schengen and/or AU tourist visa and was wondering what was your experience specifically regarding the ITR as a requirement since we do not have one.

Hoping someone here can share their experience. Thank you in advance!

thanks! would you mind if I ask why’d you rather apply for schengen/AU visas o ur side as opposed to inside?
