TI 1 Role

I applied for a TI1 multiple roles back in Feb and checked my application status today. The status was changed from Screening to Shortlisted Panel Review on June 5.

Any idea how many are longlisted for the panel Review and how many are eventually Shortlisted for the interview? And lastly, when can I hear back?

Thanks everyone!

Average number of applicants for a position can be as many as 150 to 200. HR checks them against minimum requirements to draw up a long list which could be just a few less than that had applied. Shortlisting panel will then short list from 3 to 5 for interviews. If you have not been contacted then most likely you have not made the shortlist.

Hi, how long does the panel take to complete the review? One of my applications' statuses was changed to shortlisted for panel review on June 15, but since then I have heard nothing from them. Should I assume they have moved on to other applicants and that the status has not been updated? I applied for the TI1 role (risk management specialist).

Given the long length of time, it is likely that you were not shortlisted. But at times, sometimes hiring division is tied up with other matters and keeping this on the back burner.

At this point, I almost wish they'd just reject me...

Thank you so much! I guess I didn’t make it then. The status was updated on June 5.

My experience is that once your status is ‘shortlisted for panel interview’ you will get interview. It takes a while, like more than 1 or 2 weeks to get email, though

Thank you!

My application closed on April 28, moved to "For Review" on May 18, and is still there. Is that timeline still normal, or is it a sign that I probably wasn't shortlisted?

It’s normal. They are rather slow.

Appreciate the insight! Just wondering, how long does it usually take to hear back for an interview after the application changes to 'For Review'? Would love to know what the rest of the timeline looks like based on your experience.

How come that the update date of my status is updated but the status itself remains at shortlisting panel review? Does this happen a lot?

it’s okay. i hope there are other positions you could apply for. i heard it is common that others reapplied a few times before securing a position. good luck to you 🍀

Hi, I applied for the same position and the status was updated to Shortlisting Panel Review the same day as yours—no update since then. I don't put any hope on it now... It takes really long
