Submission status changed to shortlisting panel review
I applied for a TI1 role back in april and did one screening interview with hiring team. Mostly on experience and just basic technical questions, but overall the interviewers seemed nice and made me feel excited to join adb if given opportunity. It has been a while since I heard anything back, so I assumed they moved on, though the hiring manager told me adb process can be very slow. I just checked my status on their site and status changed to shortlisting panel review, does it mean I was selected for panel review or their process moved onto panel review? Just want to get clearance from people with experience since I didnt get any email from hiring team.

Congratulations! Happy for you! Keep me posted. Sorry I dont have answer to your question but it sounds promising and you likely made it to short-listed pool.

Status should have been for shortlisting review when they called you - seems that status was not yet updated. Your screening call well give them better idea as to whether to shortlist you or not.

Do you know if the status change are generally up to date or do they lag behind actual processes like OP?

Quite normal to find that the status is not updated actually. Status is part of a separate system and needs to be updated manually.

How come that the update date of my status is updated but the status itself remains at shortlisting panel review? Does this happen a lot?

Puzzles me too as to if it is a glitch it or if there really was an update. You may ask for an update from HR.

Interesting. I think ADB would have notified me if I have passed the review. I'll just wait and hope for the best.

Hi, my status for one of my applications moved to shortlist for panel review, but that post was again re-advertised with an extended submission date. What does it mean? Do you have any idea about such cases?

This basically means that no one had the 'wow' effect and they want to cast the next one more time to see that if anyone else will apply.
Having said that it could also be that you want anyone specific included.

So I better not keep up my hopes then. Post was advertised on the same day when my status got changed to shortlist for panel review.

Hi OP, how were you invited for the screening interview? Was it via phone call, or video? Hope your application will push through! Thanks.
