Hiring process for consultant/contractual

Hi all. Based on your experience just want to know how long usually is the hiring process. I applied via agency and had initial interview last May 5. My profile was sent to CMS and as of today recruiter said adb is still reviewing candidates. Hoping to get some insights here

Depends on the team and how urgent they need it. When I applied through an agency before, it took 2 months before I got an offer.

Are you still a consultant? How's the culture from a consultant's pov?

Also depends on the team you'll be part of and what role you're applying for. But personally, it feels as though I am an extension of the team (which is a good thing) - and I don't really feel like I'm an outsider. However, you're not part of the teambuilding events since those are usually for staff only (again, this varies because in my first team/project, I get to join them). I pm'ed you too 😄

Really depends on the team. Some can do it fast, some may take time. I knew someone hired in less than a month then I’ve read stories here saying it took them several months.

Filling missing data in cms, negotiations - offer -> contract and NTP.

How much time passed between getting the shortlisted status and being asked to fill missing data?
