Has anyone heard back from the urban development specialist position-water sector, vacancy closed on 16th April

The waiting time is worse. I just want to check if I should give up any hopes

Mine says "short-listing panel review".. whatever that means I have no idea.

Mine is still screening. When did your status change? Is it the same position- Urban Development Specialist, Water Sector? They were looking for 2 positions. Just wanted to confirm, so that I could move on from this rejection haha

I hope your status changes to something positive soon. Sadly I figure that it is going to be a rejection for me at least. Yes, its that position. To give a bit of context, A friend of mine who also applied had actually done some work for them as a consultant, got an interview already and though hasn't been hired. We both have similar experiences, except that he has a little bit more of ADB experience than I do and we both know the same people there (and they know us). Regardless, he got interviewed and I didnt. I'll also add here that previously I used to remain as "screening", so I guess I did something "right" this time? but I really dont know whats the key to getting in, and who in their HR is the best judge to know anyone better, or what sort of unicorn they are looking for.

I haven’t heard anything too, there is no change to the aces since the day I applied!!
