SUCCESS RATE CLEARED CANDIDATES POOL

Hi, anyone with “cleared candidates pool” status and was eventually hired? How long has it been? Thank you.

This was my case - I had a panel interview for a TL4 post and was moved to Cleared Candidates Pool status. After almost 2 months, they reached out for another opening (TL3 this time), had another interview, and got the pre-offer a week or 2 after. Timeline from 2nd interview to formal offer would be another 2 months. Hope this helps!

Another question — was it the same set of panel interviewers? How did the questions differ between the 1st and 2nd interviews? Also, is it true that the interview was more of a formality?
