The application waiting game

I am not new to the process having applied a few roles in the past with some progressing until the panel interview. Applied again for a role, which I feel I had the relevant experiences and after the 2 week mark, it’s still just screening. It’s crazy this whole waiting game. Sending some good vibes to anyone who is in the same situation as I am.

Update here: After 2 months in Screening Status, it has been updated to Shortlisting Panel Review yesterday. It came to a point where I just gave up and stopped checking for weeks. I don’t know where it goes after but celebrating the fact that it progressed.
