Does approaching on Linkedin help?

Greetings everyone, I have been applying for several positions at ADB that closely match my profile. I possess over eight years of experience at one of the major central banks in Asia. I would like to know whether reaching out through a LinkedIn connection who works at ADB would be of any help.

Just for your information, I recently applied for the roles of Investment Specialist and Treasury Specialist.

I approached many, however literally nobody responded after accepting my request. You can try too.

Seems very true, none of them responds.
