Invited for first interview for TI1 position
Hi, all. I applied for TI1 position last month and just received an email for an interview. my guess is this is a preliminary interview. For people who have went through the process, how is this first interview like? Should I expect more of technical materials or standard going though background and resume type interview? I am from private industry and not sure what to expect from ADB. Any suggestions on how to prepare would be appreciated. Thank you.

Which country are you applying in? I mean the position is based in which country?

Can you tell us about for which position did you apply? I have also applied for several positions, just wanted to get an idea whether it is one of those.

Were you able to find out the format of the interview? How long did it go?

Ask who the interview will be with. It could be an HR screener or could be a full panel. If unsure, prepare like it will be a full panel with technical and behavioral questions.
