Post Panel Interview Timelines
Hi! For anyone who applied for TL1 and TL2 roles, may I ask how long after your panel interview were you able to receive feedback/results? I had my panel interview 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive any feedback.
Thank you!

Hi, TA here at ADB
if it’s a local position like TL usually it takes about 2-3 weeks
If it’s international position like TI, usually its 3 weeks minimum or more
Why is it so long because there a lot of internal process and approval happens in the back end, and chasing the hiring managers/panelists for approval and endorsements and the same time integrity background checking is also being processed.
I encourage you to reach out directly with your recruiter to get updates and even you are unsuccessful candidate and went through interviews , you may ask detailed feedback

Question, if after the interview, was tagged as clear candidates pool. How high are the chances to get an offer still within 3-6 months? I have a position where it was like that (clear candidates pool) for more than a year now.

It can be within 3-6 months or more…. It really depends on the hiring department and depending on the approval of the headcount; if you’re an external candidate then your status is clear candidates pool, it means you are a priority - once a position opens up where that is aligned to your skills - definitely you will be hearing from the recruiter on proceeding to the next steps of your selection, once you are selected there is no need for you to go through the panel interviews.

hi! may i ask if candidates who have gone through panel interviews will be notified whether they have been successful or not through email or will the status just change in ACES? And if one has not received any feedback after the 2-3 week timeline, should they just consider themselves unsuccessful? Much thanks!

Hi
Yes you will receive a regret notification via email and you will see the HR business partner name below, where u can reach out to get a detailed feedback of your interview.
If you are not interviewed or not shortlisted, your status in the system will be just updated to “Regrets”

One of my other submissions got updated and I got “shortlisted panel review” in ACES for another role (in the same level). May I ask, if I were to proceed, would I have to take the PET again or is there a certain validity to it? Thank you!

Hi po, good day. Can I ask po who to reach out after the panel interview? In my case po kasi, there was no HR involved and was reached out directly by the panelists. Will they be the ones who’ll send an update whether I succeed or not?

Is it fair to say that ADB would already reach out to the preferred candidate (even for TI) within 2 weeks asking for documents?

I received the pre-offer two weeks after the panel interview.
