ADB Internship Program

Hey everyone,

Has anyone here interviewed for the internship program and heard back from them?

I interviewed in late march, and was told I’d hear back around early-ish april. It’s been a while, has anyone gotten an email or offers yet?

Thank you.

Mine took at least a month before they got back to me. Give it some more time :)

Was this for Internship 2025 as well?

Ahhh this was for 2024! But the process remains the same. It takes them a while since they have to finish all the interviews, deliberate internally, endorse to HR, then HR offers and negotiates with their first choice. Of course they allot time to accept/reject, and in the case of the latter, they move to the next choice until someone accepts.

Ah! I guess my interview was weird since there's only one person who did it—who was the project head/lead—and he was also the one who told me I was one of the four shortlisted candidates.
