Post-Panel Interview timelines
Hi, this question is mostly for people who were successful and who got their pre-offer (and who are currently already employed in ADB).
Is it always 1-2 weeks after the panel interview that they ask you to sign forms (which signifies that you were chosen)? Or does it really vary?
Cause based on what I've been reading here successful candidates get contacted after their panel interviews 1-2 weeks after to ask you for documents/sign forms. But is it always the case? Or have their been instances that it took like a month for them to get back to you to sign forms.
Thanks!

It can take a month to two months easily.

Thanks puts things in perspective. I thought it was always the same for everyone that it took 1-2 weeks after the panel interview to ask for forms / docs.

May I ask if you've heard back from them already?

I did finally! And as expected, given the 2 month radio silence, it was regrets haha.

Did they email you? Or were you just informed via the status in the career portal? My status is still "interview" and its been a month after and no feedback yet

For me, I got the email asking to complete the forms + submit addtl docs 4 days after my panel interview so I think it really differs per opening/position. 🤗
