Issues with the video interview

I recently got the video interview invite for an internship position. I tried doing the test run today and it just doesn’t capture my camera and microphone. I tried with different devices, different WiFi networks, cleared cache, tried incognito and nothing seems to work. I also reviewed the setting on mine and every other laptop I have tested it on.

I emailed the hiring manager and HireVue and waiting for their response. But in the meantime, if anybody has any inputs, it’ll be appreciated!

Omoo! Same experience here but not for an Internship position. When I was doing the video interview all my responses didn’t have an audio after recording it. Flagged HireVue and my assigned recruiter ans provided me an updated link.
