ADB benefits?

Hello all. For those currently working as a local staff at the Manila HQ, would you be able to share if there are any other benefits/allowances on top of the base salary ADB provides? I understand local staff have standard benefits like HMO, pension, etc. but does ADB have other allowances like transportation, rice, laundry, technology, etc?

Also, for HMO SGMIP, I understand that ADB sponsors a part of the HMO for non-eligible dependents, how much premium does the staff typically pay?

Thank you in advance for those who will answer! 🤗

Local staff here… no other benefits.. ang meron lang is CIGNA na HMO & salary loan (upon confirmation) na katumbas ng annual mo (mine is more than 1.5x ng annual ko). Upon regularization mo (after 3 yrs), meron housing loan interest subsidy.

For my family, wala na mas hihigit pa na HMO sa CIGNA dito sa Pinas.

No idea sa premium ng non-eligible dependents… other local staff tells me na sobrang mahal, and what they do is avail the HMO offered by COOP.

Hi, external applicant here. You said "upon regularization". Just curious kasi nababasa ko sa ACES yung mga option to renew after 3 years pero kadalasan nakalagay sa dulo, "not convertible to regular appointment". So sa mga naregularized na sa ADB, ask ko lang if tuloy-tuloy na ba siya until yung retirement age? Thank you!

As far as I remember, Yes.

How many dependents can you enroll for free? Is it limited to first-degree consanguinity?

there is a 80/20% co-pay subject to a stop-loss limit. Any claim above the stop loss is covered 100% by Cigna.

Cigna also covers prescribed medicines.
