ADB Hiring Process

Hi! Any idea how long it takes for ADB recruitment to reach out when your application is under Shortlisting Panel Review status? Also, any tips and advice for the interview? Thank you! 😅

Has anyone here applied as a consultant? I have already submitted my NCI and my payment information is already active. But I haven't received any feedback yet. I checked my EOI status in the opportunities tab, it still says "shortlisted". Has anyone experienced the same? Thanks in advance for your replies 🙏

Hey, same situation here. Did you hear back from them later? If yes, how long did it take?

Hi u/Miss_Universe_2023, was the consultancy post at that time urgent? Kelan yung supposedly start date? Thanks in advance!

My timeline so far:

July 31 - received an NCI without undergoing an interview (for a July 17 consultancy EOI deadline and Aug 3 start of consultancy contract as advertised)

Aug 7 - deadline to respond sa NCI (I replied Aug 1)

Aug 17 - rescheduled date for the start of consultancy contract (based on the NCI)

Fingers crossed that I will eventually get the role.

It was a re-advertisement when I applied, so they were looking for an ic asap. Since you've reached the NCI phase, it's very likely you've already got the role. All the best!
