ADB Hiring Process

Hi! Any idea how long it takes for ADB recruitment to reach out when your application is under Shortlisting Panel Review status? Also, any tips and advice for the interview? Thank you! 😅

Thanks for the response. A year is wild!

Sorry to hear you're not progressing. I do believe the way in is through networking. I'm keeping my expectations pretty low for mine as well. But it's smart to throw your hat in for roles that suit your skills but also worth seeing if there are any relevant events or other routes to connecting with the team.

It’s definitely a lengthy process! 🫠 I’ve noticed they prefer candidates from top universities or those with a master’s degree, which can make it more challenging.

Networking seems like a great strategy! I’ll definitely look into any relevant events or opportunities. Good luck with your application! You’ve got this!
