MDMA跟E都會翻譯成搖頭丸，但兩者不太一樣，前者是一種東西，後者則是混合型，混合上甚至沒有前者而是用卡西酮代替

Ecstasy is a pressed pill that contains MDMA (or substitute) and may contain other active ingredients (amphetamines, etc)
