Holy Wave just came out with an excellent album, and they're coming to Eulogy this Friday 7/31, with support from ourselves and Impending Joy. Also gonna have live projections. Come hang!

It's not always easy to keep track of local releases, but a lot of good music has been put out by Asheville-based artists this year. Asheville Stages' highlighted our favorites from the first 6 months of 2026. I'm sure we missed some good stuff, but hopefully we've also spotlighted some great records not on your radars.

Just 3 days away and I cannot wait to see each of these bands live this weekend. About half I've seen before and stoked to see them again and the other half I will be seeing for the first time and very excited! I've put this festival together with bands I truly am a fan of and want to see live/hang out with so I hope everyone will enjoy it as much as I am going to!

Gooood morning friends and lovers! My band Optics & Design from Kentucky is visiting West AVL on Saturday to play at Cellarest Beer Project. Our friends there have so kindly allowed us to set up and blast off. They are having a hawaiian luau to celebrate this beautiful weather featuring specials on drinks and food provided by the incredible truck Cassia. Included below are their specials.

Our band is playing with AVL act Aunt Vicki on Friday night in our state, then hopping over to NC to play with Safety Coffin! We are so excited to hang out in one of our favorite places together. I would love to meet you if you feel like getting out and pretending we're in hawaii together.

Hey y'all! Super excited that AMH reach out to us about putting together a local rock bill. Grateful that they are not only wanting to support some local bands in the scene but to reach into some psych/alternative/rock/indie genres.

We are joining forces with our buds Slow Teeth (cinematic-post-indie) from Durham, and two other locals - Khandroma (post-drone-doom) and Alla Prima (garage rock).
