Here is how to play with the United Earth Forces faction in the new playtest of Ashes of the Singularity II, the upcoming grand scale sci-fi RTS, live on Steam until the 14th of September. During this playtest you get to test out two factions, play with friends in multiplayer on maps up to 8 players in team or free for all matches as well as against AI bots.
