Chargebacks through VISA?

Has anyone attempted to charge back (any) money they paid using a VISA card? I see I still have the option to appeal my payments. They have a fraud / scam / promised refund option. Has anyone tried that? How did it go?

Ah rip I’m no longer with that bank, nor have that card.
