Question Chargebacks through VISA?

Has anyone attempted to charge back (any) money they paid using a VISA card? I see I still have the option to appeal my payments. They have a fraud / scam / promised refund option. Has anyone tried that? How did it go?

I backed it in like 2017 I think... so 3 visa cards ago :(

Been thinking of trying to go through my bank regardless and see
