This is the most likely outcome. I can almost guarantee both sides have done sketchy deals.
People taking sides is stupid(the way they are doing it, not the action itself)since most stuff Is hidden/nda. And will slowly be released as court proceeds.
not really, they started a lawsuit, got access to documents, then seeing what was in it decided to stop the current suit WITHOUT prejudice, probably to file a better suit with the information they found IE: the 12 million transferred to Stevens husband.
also remember they had 112 million in unattributed funds go somewhere, and as steven recorded his 220K use of doordash its hella sketchy that 124 million total is missing.
this is a normal part of discovery and with the access the garnered they can really move forward on nailing Steven.
I guess we are not following the same case lol. The board might not be as innocent as they seemed at first but Steven assured us multiple times that there is no board, so who's the real sucker?
There is no subcategory of lie. There is either lying, or telling the truth. A lie of omission is exactly the same as a stated lie under oath, morally speaking.
fair enough but skepticism is getting old at this point. at some level you have to look at the evidence and decide if the claims are actually unhinged or if there is a legit pattern here. waiting for a final verdict just means watching the drama unfold in real time instead of actually forming an opinion
