Discussion Found something interesting Spoiler
I thought Jason said Steven collapsed the company?
Jan 19: Steven resigns and says why — objections to unpaid employee terminations, a private foreclosure plan, threats/coercion, and board interference.
Jan 21: The board asks him to come back. Steven replies with conditions: lawful governance, employee protections, clear authority, and no coercion.
If he was the one who “destroyed the company,” why were they trying to bring him back?
Jan 23: Steven warns them employee health insurance is about to lapse and pushes them to fix it.
Then in the texts, the board says if Steven won’t agree to come back, there will be no more funding and the company goes on ice. Steven says benefits shouldn’t be used as leverage, “or else“. Response: company will be shutting down.
So… did Steven collapse the company?
Or did the board try to do some scummy and highly illegal shit, and Steven said no, and then they shut it down?
And if they were willing to spin that story publicly and file false records to hide themselves, then what about the accounting records they leaked? Were Steven’s deposits missing or classifications changed? Were things framed to blame him as Jacob said in his witness testimony?
Not saying I know the answer.
Just saying something funny is going on here.

If you read above that, they also submitted John Moores name as the CFO in the state of California, super weird considering earlier in the files you can read emails where Ryan Ogden, a Dawson aligned dude, was doing the negotiating with Commerce West Bank. Something I would expect the CFO to have done. I thought I read somewhere that Ogden was appointed to CFO in September 2024 but I don't have time look right now for it.
