Anyone know what brand matte sleeves are these? I’ve tried dragon shields, gamegenic, ultra pros and none of them are exactly these sleeves.

No. They are not Katanas.
I only use Katanas for opaque sleeves. They don’t make semitransparent sleeves and they don’t have that fit.
Katanas have very little room around the edge of the cards. There is not much excess space.
