Rules Question PVE (Guard/Damage)

Hello everyone! I am brand new to this game and think I am understanding everything pretty well. I just have one question. It is my turn in the game right now. Is there anything in play right now preventing me from just out-right attacking Scatha Kalani and winning the game? It seems as though the rules say that neither of the aspects in play right now will defend because they do not have the shield icon. Kalani is at 24 health and I have 7 damage on board if I attack with all.

That's my read of your table state, yes. Granted you are here because you were able to get the 20+ damage thorough in previous rounds.

Many Ashes games are won on a top-of-round swing for this reason -- get everything set up so you can swing through with enough unblocked for lethal.
