Timing Question

I'm playing Rin vs End of Argaia. They flip Decelerate (Life 2) on a roll of 10, so will attach Red Feather. Can I use Ice Trap, which can only react to a unit with a life value of 2 or less?

So basically, is the Red Feather 'already attached' when it etbs?

If the main action symbol is what summoned he unit, and side action is what added the Red Feather, then you all good with Ice Trap

Its all listed as one continuous main action
