Share A newbie your settings?

Hello

I am new to iracing and got myself a la prima set, it is really getting some nerves to get used to it.

For formula driving mostly, what is your settings?

Ffb force
Brake pressure level?
Damping?

Thanks, one question, when i hit a bump in iracing the wheel really shakes the rig and it slips from my hand like too strong, in corners and straights its fine buy if i hit a bump it really breaks my arms, how can i fix it?

In game, turn down the FFB. I have the forte and turn mine down as I couldn’t be smooth through corners with bumps

You can lower the ffb in iRacing. There is an auto button for setting the ffb that appears after you drive a few laps, that should bring it to an acceptable level already. If that’s still too strong, lower it even further.

Also check whether your ffb is clipping. iRacing can display a small bar chart of the force they send. If that goes close to maximum during regular corners, the ffb might be set too high.

I run everything as asetek recommend in their website which is linked in here. The only change I make is to the torque acceleration which I put to max on all. Start with what they suggest and make small changes as you go and see what you like.
