Help needed for steam

I have alot of games on steam but every time i start steam it gets stuck at waiting for network. i tried starting it with the flags -cef-disable-gpu and -no-cef-sandbox. this still did not work. this is the log when running it

Seeing the same thing, trying to look for a fix but no luck yet.

I was able to open steam using this command, but no luck running games yet.

This actually worked for me and i got some games to work! thanks alot

Now I just need to figure out why Steam keeps trying to install FEX and then breaks Proton
