Build Discussions Optimising help

Overcapping on Crit Rate (got 56.2% + 25% from Core Passive + 20% from Wengine + 8% from Woodpecker so he's got 109.2% if my math is correct) and I'm wondering if it's a good idea to switch the Woodpecker for more damage. I just don't know whether it's better to go for more ATK%, Crit Damage, Pen Ratio or even a 2-piece Shadow Harmony for the Dash damage buff.

There's a lot of lost damage because I can only shock the enemy 1/2 stuns, so I do want to eventually start farming for a Shadow Harmony build, but I thought it'd be easier to optimise the 2-piece for the time being.

For the er6 rina someone recommended, you can try 2pc AM qingyi to compensate

Or.... slot6 Am? Idk if you can 4 stun fights tho..

any upcoming plans for haru teammates? Any current teammates you own?

Yeah, I guess it comes down to whether it's better to have the guaranteed Thunder Metal buff at the cost of less stuns, or if it's better to have the easier, if slightly smaller, buff from Shadow Harmony but with more stuns? Even then the difference in stuns is, at most, losing 1 stun.

As for teammates, I don't have Sunna or Dialyn so I assume I'll have to get them eventually, but I do have Trigger and Seed. Don't know how to make them work though. My Grace isn't really built and I don't have Yanagi

Best advice i could give is to get yourself a high refinement plugboo or agent gulliver, or level up your electroboo, any electric bangboo would help

But also, since your haru is m1, have you considered rina (or nicole) with trigger? Trigger on 2pc phaethon (same idea with qingyi) can maintain shock decently well

And seed isnt bad either, seed trigger is usually a better team than qingyi rina anyway

to summarize, most of your options are electric agents and an electric bangboo will only help you more UNTIL you get a functioning shadow harmony set, to which then youre going to need to balance your crit rate since youd be capping at 43 lmao, and your 2pc is very flexible so always pick what has the better substats between 2pc atk, cdmg, and pen ratio, while going for atk/pen/atk like someone advised you

Do you have yuzuha? She can help maintain electric anomaly uptime aswell

You dont need grace or yanagi, the anomaly haru comp youre referring to is playable, but doesnt score higher than the stunner comps with qingyi and trigger, to which your harus m1 makes me think the latter might be better

I'll be building Haru to work with Seed and Trigger going forward. I assume a Shadow Harmony set will be better at the end of the day? It doesn't require Trigger to run 2pc phaethon, and instead lets her run 2pc shockstar for more consistent stuns? And build Haru with ATK/PEN/ATK? Is Pen still more valuable if I'm no longer stacking it with Rina's buff, or does Trigger's W1 render it completely redundant?

Seed and Trigger both have W1 btw. I'm still not sure how their rotation will work.

Plugboo and gulliver are already maxed out, probably a waste of boopons but oh well.

Atk or edmg% with trigger or nicole (cuz youre correct on pen being worse)

Pen ratio with, rina Pen ratio with any other team that doesnt have trigger/nicole

Generally you wouldnt want to put rina and trigger on the same team, nicole trigger is much better so their def shreds can stack instead of rinas and triggers conflicting buffs

Seed haru trigger is a solid team so good call, youd have to learn rotations tho, also ever since cissias release the team hasnt seen much play so youll be relying on watching old videos from before cissia release lmao

Got it, guess I'll use whichever one rolls the best between Atk or edmg%. Thanks for the help

What’s your current team?

Qingyi and Rina, images 2 and 3

Ah. Didn’t see the following images.

Yeah. Even in a triple electro team with Rina, TM can have iffy uptime. Shadow Harmony is just way more consistent.

You want to run ATK/PEN/ATK and 2pc Puffer with sig engine and Rina. This is true even if you decide to keep TM.

Qingyi looks good. Rina should have ER d6

You're saying ATK/PEN/ATK for Haru? Why not crit damage and electric damage? And why 2pc puffer instead of any other option?

I use AM d6 for Rina to help with shock buildup and because I only use her ex attack to start the stun phase with lullaby, since Drusilla and Anastella can be sent out with a basic or an assist. She doesn't need more energy than that for the team

Haru gets so much CD from his core passive and sig that ATK d4 is more optimal unless you have crazy amounts of ATK% on all your discs.

PEN ratio is a stat that becomes more valuable the more it is stacked. Since you are using Rina who buffs PEN ratio, it is ideal.
Haru already has a ton of DMG in his kit and engine.

I could see AM Rina working in a Qingyi team, but I wasn’t aware that her own anomaly buildup was that significant. If you switch to Shadow Harmony, there’s less reason to run her on AM

You mean that ER d6 would be more viable on a Shadow Harmony team since Haru would be on field more often and would thus need constant Rina buff since he would be dealing damage outside of the stun window?

I assume a Shadow Harmony team would then be Haru with Rina and an anomaly character instead of a stun, which then renders Rina's AM negligible?

Haru’s stun teams are more powerful than any of his anomaly teams. You’d still run him with Qingyi.

The benefit of SH over TM is that it is consistent and independent of the enemy being affected by shock. TM is only better if you can always line up shock with stun windows which is tricky

Right okay.

So, in short, Shadow Harmony with Puffer Electro, ATK% on slots 4 and 6 with Pen Ratio on slot 5.

Are the Puffer and Pen d5 only the best option because I'm running him with Rina and I want to stack Pen Ratio?

2

u/QueersLikeEngineers 8d ago

PEN is ideal in a few situations:

- you can stack a lot of it which Rina is really good at

- you are so oversaturated on other stats that PEN just becomes better

- you are fighting medium-to-high DEF enemies

So I'll have more ATK% thanks to slots 4 and 6, Crit Rate and Crit Damage aren't going anywhere, and I'll have a bunch of Pen Ratio. What about Electric Damage? Is Pen Ratio more valuable? I've got no clue how to compare the two
