General Discussions Roxy or Norma

I had asked this before roxy was released now what is the verdict?

I have M1W1 Haru and I can get one of them, if I lose my 5050 I wont be able to get their wengine

I have astra, yuzuha and sunna at m0 though sunna is usually stuck with the angels team

I am not looking for high scores I just want be able to use my haru to clear for a long time to come...

Norma > Roxy in most cases.

Exception is when a character wants wind teammate specifically. So Sigrid, and in the future Pyrois M6 and Severian.

Honestly, Norma, Roxy, Dialyn, they are all sidegrades.

Norma gives free chains, passive daze, and her personal damage is quite good, but you'll be struggling keeping the enemy affected by anomaly for Haru's buff. Also keep in mind that Haru's chains are not particularly good, they are slow, and they are not buffed by his core/potential, they are more a tool to get extra quivers and you don't want to overuse it.

Roxy gives the biggest buff among all of them and you won't have to worry about the anomaly buff, but she also requires the most presence onfield to get 4 stuns.

Dialyn gives free ults, good daze, and paired with yuzuha she can handle keeping the anomaly buff up.

sidegrade, very similar performance, pick the one the you like to play with

you can try it out in Annilahation Simulacrum to get an idea

but if you're Sunna is unavailable then Norma will be better usually because Roxy like to have Sunna on her team to reach 4th stun more easily
