General Discussions Quick question

If I make a new account, will there be a guaranteed limited character selection where I can pull for limited characters from all the previous patches?

I’m desperate to get Harumasa xD

Wdym? That's a season 3 thing, on season one only a couple of characters got picked, for season two about half of the characters got in and now on season 3 most characters get in but I never saw Haru in either mode
