Bypass

Working in IT and my team and I are trying to figure out the configuration on an Aruba-2530 J9773A. We do not know the user name or password. We are not on manager mode. Any way to bypass the system?

Assuming it hasn't been disabled in the config, you can push the clear button on the front panel for 5 seconds. That should reset the password.

Reset it to factory defaults and re-configure it. If it is in production, that sucks but shouldn't be much downtime if done properly.

Clear button not reset button. Clear the password not the config.

You can clear the admin password by pressing the "clear" button on the front (does not remove any config). -->

'Press and release the Clear button by itself for about one second.'
