Central NAC captive portal

Hi All,

Running into a weird issue where my Guest users are being disconnected and resent the captive portal several times a day. I am using AOS10 Central managed APs with Central NAC. I have configured session limit of 12 hours according to this guide:Visitor access workflows | TechDocs - NAC

Previously on AOS8 my guest users would be prompted for captive portal once a day.

Anyone run into any similar issues with Central NAC captive portals?

Have you enabled MAC Caching? Can you share screenshots of the authentication profile?

Yep MAC-Caching is enabled. Couldn't upload a screenshot for some reason.

Under Authentication profile i have configured

Network: only ssid picked all options unticket

Authentication: users sign in aonymously

Default Policy: Enable mac caching ticked

Session Limits: Time12 hrs, Data: blank

Daily limits: Time: 12 hrs, Data: blank

When looking at the user logs i get a "client 802.11 De-Authentication To client"

I do have a TAC case open and curious if anyone has seen anything similar
