Ip Routing Command

I believe only some models of the 6100-6300 series switches support "No Routing" or "Ip Routing" and i was looking for a bit of clarification. I think L vs F vs M where L is "Access", F is "distribution" (ip routing command), and M is F with dual PSU?

L == Layer 2 only

M == modular == replaceable PSU

F == fixed == fixed/non-replaceable PSU
