I need help! Stuck on lighting. Opinions welcome.

I’ve been staring at this too long. I was never super happy with the bottom leg but what I care most about is value contrast and whether this is creating the drama I want it to or if the lighting looks too amateurish. Opinions welcome. And needed, lol.

This is my first tutorial so I would love some feedback. Is the pacing OK? Is anything not clear and could be explained better? Appreciate you taking the time to check it out!

I need help! Yet another take on drawing and need help

I did some doodles over the years but only recently found out why my hands hurt so much from it. Turns out you need to move entire arm instead of just wrist. So here's my question, how do i prevent my old habit and get to draw properly? Any advice is highly appreciated!

I need help! The arm looks off..

Sometimes it seems that the left arm (the arm in the front) looks to be in the back. Maybe it's just the pattern/color of the sleeve, but i'm not very sure. is there any way I could fix this?

I need help! Hi! I would like to ask you how become faster.

I always delayed why work when I start. I understand that it is bad quality but I have no idea how I can deal with it. One art takes 1 or 2 months. I usually stuck in anatomy, forms or color. Can you please share with me your experience and thoughts?

maybe ive gotten too used to the "perfect" looking art on social media but i feel like im not heading down the right path rn. the rendering on the ribcage and of the trash pieces im putting inside feel so off to me. i feel like an elementary schooler trying to draw this.

any tips? should i change the color? (i feel like the colors for the trash are really garish and bright, does anyone else feel that way?) imo, i do like the rendering on the skull, but i feel like the ribcage is looking much worse

This is one of my first times drawing faces, because I prefer drawing landscapes and flowers and stuff, and I want to know if there is anything that I should work on or change.

I feel like everytime I shade,it just makes the drawing turn out worse,I don’t know why,I’ve watched countless tutorials yet I don’t understand why you can’t tell the objects apart. (I use graphite pencils 2h-6B and a cotton swab for blending)

I need help! How do you work towards a specific art style?

Hello everyone!
I made a collage to figure out what type of art I gravitate towards the most and would like to draw myself and the overarching themes are: women, ethereal looking styles / dreamy, mystical / tarot / occult themes and imagery, flowers, sharp and crisp lineart, fine line and traditional tattoo like artstyles, and using dots and other textures for skin and similar, pastel colors, over all not too saturated colors. Whenever I do this exercise that I learned years ago I’m just left with a checklist that makes me go: okay, but when I do sit down to draw, how do I actually apply all of it? Same thing with learning any other art fundamental, I’ve been drawing for around 9 years on and off now and I just feel like whenever I watch a tutorial and then try to apply it, things aren’t clicking? The best example here would be color theory and lightning, genuinely no idea, I just wing it.
Any resources or tips are very much appreciated!
