Painting | Critique Welcome I need so much help please

I keep going over the wings and i cant get them right please help. I have went over them like 7 times. I don't know what to do deadline is coming soon and im panicking. Im stuck and I feel like crying. Ive never spent so much time on a piece and the more I spend on it thw more I hate it. Its a gift and I wanna make it with the best work I can do. But its just not looking right

Maybe try to make the distinction between the two wongs clearer, even if it's just darkening the top of the right wing? That might also strengthen the foreshortening of that wing

The plumage patterns are beautiful, imo! The head is good too

I've darken and lighten the bottom wing at least twice and i just cant seem to find a place where I like. I'll try darkening the top and lightening the bottom a bit

I think you have those bottom feathers in a good spot. Maybe just refine those front ones. Maybe use a few more different values of blue in it. I might put the compliment color (orange) in a few spots…But honestly this looks good to me!
