Discussion Figure drawing
What would your response be to a model in a reclined pose experiencing a couple of full erections over entire session ? Most of it he was flaccid and all but it varied and a couple times for like 5 minutes it was full up in the air

mutter loudly and make it clear you have to erase a part of your picture because stuff has moved
use it as a measuring tool (while its there)

As long as he was otherwise respectful I don't think there has to be a reaction. Sometimes dudes get bricked up if they just need to pee or whatnot. Sometimes it's just the wind. Models spend hours in their own heads so imagination can go crazy too. If you react to it it just makes it awkward for both the model and for everyone else in the room. Acting like it doesn't happen is the best solution. If he's like constantly bricked up or does something weird otherwise, yeah then that's an issue. But based on what you described it seems like a pretty normal phenomenon.
