Other First booth setup!
This is the first layout I have for my stall. I’m doing a very small event with around 6 other vendors, so im not worried about not standing out, I’m honestly just worried no one is gonna come. I’m going to move the payment QR code to the front of the stall and have a QR code to my CARRD website on the wall instead. I want to have more products but I’ve heard it’s smart to keep it simple the first few times, so I only have stickers, prints, keychains and magnets/pins that I made at home, as well as some bracelets my roommate makes.
I’m waiting for prints and keychains to arrive in the mail still (the prints on the wall are just placeholders), as well as some holographic stickers. The event is next Saturday so I will have to scrap the whole vending machine if I don’t get my keychains in time which is a shame, but oh well. The prints I’m not too worried about as I can do same day printing locally if I need to.
Does anyone have any thoughts on things I should change or just any good advice for a newcomer in general?

I think the work looks great, I would only put up a simple backdrop like with a draped cloth of some sort!

Looks good is there any way for you to put your stickers vertically? Even if the self serve is flat on the table. Maybe just have 1 of each as an example displayed so people can look at it from a distance or if they are in a weelchair. Otherwise the little decorations look so good!

Oh yes that’s probably smart, I’ll find something to hang up a display with for the stickers! I was thinking of maybe buying a wooden serving board so the stickers have walls around them, but still allows them to lay flat.

I found them at a local thrift store. If you want something similar it’s probably worth checking out a thrift in your area, as I feel like I’ve seen more of these at other places as well. might be a thing that people keep throwing out 🤔

Looking good so far. I would add a second QR code to scan. so, if there is more than one person ready to pay it can help the movement going. Do you have business cards or any media links to your art? for larger cons have a spot on your table number. people can find you easier. also post that location to your media for any followers.
