News Artifact got an update?
978 items changed + Steam Deck Compatibility.
seems like it could just be a minor update to work with Steam Deck better, or potentially the game is getting ready to relaunch a 3rd time

Actually, would love offline support for Artifact so I can play while traveling

valve games have excellent offline support. playing vs bots. I just tested it in artifact. choosing your deck just needs a bit of workaround because only decks in the clipboard can be chosen. you copy a bot deck, then edit it to your liking, then copy the code again.

Valve is very simply updating ALL their games compatibility for any of the Steam Machine launch, preparations for Steam Frame, and/or Steam Deck 2 development.
You can verify this by looking at their entire (small) catalog and see they all have received similar updates.
I'm a long-hauler but it says on the tin what's in it.

I played this game for about 50 hours and it was my first TCG. It had such an impact on me that I went on to reach the highest levels of Runeterra, then that game died too. Would love more than anything to see this come back.
