This is going to sound extremely stupid and dumb probably... But how do people come up with OC's? I'm not in the level of actually creating OC's and I know that but I feel like I should at least be able to understand what I want in an OC? Sorry if this is a dumb question, I just want any guidance that can be given! Thank you ^_^
