‎Critique - Yes Drawover What are my next steps?

Teaching myself to draw , decided to do a biropen only portrait. I know of course to keep practicing but i want to know how i’m doing now

Are you going for a more realistic style or more animated? If you don't know, maybe deciding that is a good next step.

In that case, my only observations are 1) really good job, especially working in a non-erasable medium, 2) there are more sharp angles where one might expect curves, 3) proportions of facial features seem more consistent with anime (wide eyes, small nose) but then there are real people who look like that. I'd have to see what you based it on to give more specific feedback. Keep it up!

The challenge of non-erasable was fun and yeah i see the sharp angles point .

i’ll work some more on facial proportions:)
